CSB Announces Availability of Draft Fatigue Evaluation for Public Comment, April 24 Public Meeting in Washington, DC

Today the U.S. Chemical Safety Board announced that it will hold a public meeting in Washington, DC, to discuss the status of its March 2007 recommendation that the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the United Steelworkers International Union (USW) jointly lead the development of an ANSI consensus standard with guidelines for fatigue prevention in the refinery and petrochemical industries.
