CSB Releases Narrated Safety Video Containing Detailed Animation of August 6, 2012 Chevron Refinery Accident

The CSB has produced a narrated safety video containing detailed animations depicting the sequence of events that led to the vapor release and fire at the Chevron refinery in Richmond on August 6, 2012.
