I am a volunteer Safety Coordinator at a NASA facility that makes the External Tank for the Space Shuttle. It is also the very same plant the mighty Saturn rockets of the Apollo program were made. These videos are widely used in our weekly and executive meetings and a couple have actually caused processes to be updated in this thousand acre property. As the program winds down, workers can take the lessons learned with them to future career fields.

These videos have enhanced my classroom learning experience. The computer generated reinactments help to better understand the complexity and the chain of events leading up to these catastophic events.

All the videos are very informative. They allow you to see the things we don't think about because we covered all the normal things on that particular job assignment not thinking about if the operators of that certain tank dotted all of his I's and crossed all of his T's.

I'm using your videoa to teach students in the second year in the HSE university of Colmar, for more than two years now. Those are the best information I've found in the past years to bring the students up to the best level in risk assessment. Thanks a lot for your valuable support

Your videos are a tremendous teaching aid for our Chemical Engineering program. They clearly illustrate the connections between design, operations, and management. Students can readily learn how a chain of small decisions and events can lead to serious consequences if everyone is not thinking about risk and mitigation.

Your videos are incredibly useful in my high school chemistry classroom. Students love to watch and learn about real investigations of real industrial accidents. In addition to opening their minds to the wide range of chemistry-related careers, your work demonstrates how safety is more than just "rules" -- students understand that safety is serious business and developing safe habits is key to their future careers.

These videos are an awesome training tool for the community and has revamped some of our training with regards to potential hazards we encounter. I am joining our Local LEPC so that we can find out what we have coming through our area. With a major highway and train rails coming through our rural area I am sure that we have more potential than ever thought of locally for a serious incident. Thanks CSB

We deliver haz-mat, terrorism, technical rescue and command and management training. The video(s) will be used to share information to all disciplines of the importance of training, preapredness, planning and coordinating together regardless of which agency you perform for.
