CSB will release its final report into the 2010 fatal refinery accident at a public meeting in Anacortes, WA, on January 30, 2014.
The draft report is available for public comment until Friday, January 3, 2014. Comments should be sent to [email protected]. All comments received will be reviewed and published on the CSB website.
